I understand that my membership orders will be automatically charged to my Credit Card account prior to shipping or being made available for pick-up. If a membership order is scheduled to be processed within the 15-day period of cancellation, it will be processed and shipped as my final order. How can I pay for my shipments and when are they sent?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), which will be obtained upon enrolling in membership and kept on file for future transactions. An email will be sent prior to membership processing to confirm the card on file, and indicate the processing date. Your membership order will ship within two weeks of order processing, with the exception of any weather hold restrictions or future ship-date requests.
How do I purchase a gift membership?
Enroll online for BlackMail and Recollection memberships and select the "This is a Gift Membership" checkbox. Select the duration of the gift membership and include a note for the recipient. Then enter your billing information and fill in the shipping/gift information with the recipient's details.
Can I order wine between shipments?
Yes! One of the benefits to membership is inclusive ground shipping on all orders shipping within the United States. Why are there delays in shipping for some states and during extreme weather?
To ensure proper care of your wine order, we will hold your shipment in our temperature controlled warehouse when temperatures at your shipping destination or along your transit route exceed 85°F or drop below 32°F. Due to state-by-state compliance regulations, some of the products you ordered may require shipping through a third-party service, which requires additional time for processing. Please email us to see how we may be able to expedite the delivery of your order.
How long does my membership last?
We have specifically designed BlackMail membership to fit your lifestyle, giving you the option to make adjustments to fit your wants and needs. As such, membership is ongoing until notice of cancellation is provided. A minimum of two membership orders is required.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes. We understand life happens and we are happy to put your membership on hold for up to 12 months. While your membership status will be maintained, you will not be charged or receive any shipments while on hold, and your allocations will not be reserved for you. If you simply want to delay the shipment, please contact us by email or at 707.603.8770 to request a future ship date.
